We want you to feel confident shopping with VicPawia.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • be in the same condition as received

Because our products are consumable pet supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and help resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • opened or used products
