At Victa Pet LLC d/b/a VicPawia, we aim to process and ship orders as smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Processing times are estimates only and may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in shipping confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email if provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations.
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to locations made available at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping, if offered, may be subject to additional transit time, customs processing, duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vicpawia.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
